I have used “Ac by Day C”, on around 6 renovation projects and they’ve always done an exceptional job each time. I love the fact that they’re on-time and typically complete the projects ahead of schedule. This is a huge plus in the construction industry, where timelines are extremely important. I highly recommend this great company and look forward to working with them on the next projects. DeMarcus Watson

Amazing service! Day was fixing a neighbors AC unit and ours just so happened to break the same day. She took time out of her schedule to look at it and see if it was fixable. I thought we were going to have to get a whole new AC system and she fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

What a difference a “Day” makes

I've been a female technician for almost 10 years and it's the most fulfilling job I've ever had. The most asked question "girl, how'd you ever get into this line of work?" Truth is I've always been intrigued about how things worked and I used to take everything apart when I was younger. In high school, I decided to take a few electronics courses and that only fueled my interest. Despite being the only female in the classes I did extremely well and found myself immersed into the field of technology. However once I graduated high school and moved onto college. I thought it would make more sense to take on a more professional career path and decided to pursue Corporate Law. When I graduated college in 2001 I felt uninspired so I had a conversation with my father about changing my career. I'll never forget what he said when I told him I wanted to go back to electronics which eventually led to the skilled tradesperson that I am today. He said "if you leave law it will be the biggest mistake you'll make in your life." Well last year the summer of 2017 my dad told me that he has never been more wrong. Almost 10 years after starting the Electronics Engineering program at GTCC I've worked for RF Micro Devices , Sears, and Mr. Appliance as their only certified female technician. I started my company in June of 2016 and currently contract with construction companies that flip houses doing inspection, repairs and installs of the HVAC equipment. Throughout my years in the field I've gained an extensive skill set including but not limited to repairs of: water heaters, garbage disposals, washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher, microwaves, gas/electric ranges and refrigerators.  Everyday I get to wake up and make a difference in someone's life it just doesn't get any better than that!
