Cranes and heavy equipment rentals are readily available for all rooftop system. Quarterly maintenance plans available with 10% off repairs.

Diagnostics, Maintenance and Repair

Seasonal maintenance for your commercial and residential equipment in order to improve performance and efficiency.  Troubleshooting with reasonable repair prices that are economically friendly.

What types of hvac services do you offer?

We offer residential and commercial diagnostics, seasonal maintenance, installation and repairs on gas, hydronic and electric HVAC equipment.

How do I get a quote for my system?

You can request a quote via text or phone call to (336) 529-4499. You can also request a quote by emailing Daycoker@gmail.com. Estimates within the Triad area are free (Winston/Greensboro/High Point).

What is your service call fee?

The residential diagnostic fee is $85 within a 30 mile radius of High Point, NC. 

Commercial diagnostic fee is $125
